Being a nurse with high qualification and experiences, gave me the chance to spread the health orientation in every contact with the community and with the students. Furthermore; I am very passionate in providing a high quality of nursing teaching through evidence-based practice and research culture, which is my major interest and for that I am pursuing to complete my Ph.D. in education. Having a Long experience in both nursing clinical setting and nursing academic endeavor, given me the interest to work very hard and for long hours. I am also a very motivated clinical leader who was able to start the clinical placement in FCHS Ajman Campus through effective communication, multidisciplinary team leader, and effective staff motivation and follow up, and who is still leading the program clinical practice coordination in FCHS AD campus.

As a Senior Lecturer in the nursing program, I'm currently participating in the teaching of the undergraduate nursing curriculum in addition to the leadership role of being the program clinical coordinator.
