I am currently a Ph.D. candidate and a Master’s Degree holder working as a senior lecturer at Fatima College of Health Sciences/ Institute of Applied Technology. My primary role is to teach “Nursing Practices” and "understanding research in practice" to 2nd-year undergraduate nursing students. In addition to, “Advanced decision making”, “Evidence-Based Practice” and “Aged Care Nursing” to the 4th-year students. Furthermore, I am the course coordinator for the Aged Care Nursing course, which involves the role of supervision of the teaching process running concurrently at the four campuses of FCHS.  Being an academic advisor for the BN3 level, required me to provide the advice and the guide for the third year nursing students in how to improve their academic achievements and follow their progress. My additional managerial responsibilities include being the Nursing program clinical coordinator for Abu Dhabi Campus.
